Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to provide on-site and off-site daily support and trouble-shoot to customer;
- Training/Support and maintain existing & new customer;
- Communicate with customers for requirements and updates;
- Document and record support and daily work.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in computer science, I.T. or equivalent discipline;
- At least 1 year support experience;
- Window's platform and Crystal Report knowledge;
- Knowledge of MSSQL, SQL, Web programming is an advantage;
- Good command of Cantonese and English;
- Immediately available is preferable.
