• Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to provide on-site and off-site daily support and trouble-shoot to customer;
• Training/Support and maintain existing & new customer;
• Communicate with customers for requirements and updates;
• Document and record support and daily work.

• Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science, I.T. or equivalent discipline;
• At least 1 year support experience;
• Window's platform and Crystal Report knowledge;
• Knowledge of MSSQL, SQL, Web programming is an advantage;
• Good command of Cantonese and English;
• Immediately available is preferable.
