■業務内容 本ポジションでは、同会計事務所のインド法人の立ち上げメンバーの一人として、主に日系顧客向けの会計、税務、経理関連コンプライアンスのアドバイザリー業務を担当して頂きます。 <Job Responsibilities> ・進出日系企業向け会計・税務・経理関連コンプライアンスに関するアドバイザリー業務 - 本社向け月次・四半期毎の連結パッケージ作成 - 国際税務アドバイザリー - 内部統制構築、JSOX対応 - 企業買収（株価算定、財務デューデリジェンス、PMI）等 ・進出前のインド市場調査代行、及び進出前のサポート業務全般 <Necessary Skill / Experience > ・ 会計もしくは税務関連経験2年以上 （※すでにUSCPA資格保有者、もしくは、インド勤務中にUSCPA取得を目指す方を優先します） ・日常会話レベル以上の英語力 ・顧客と信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション能力 ・インド立ち上げのメンバーの一員として組織の中核としてご活躍したい意欲をお持ちの方 <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・会計士やUSCPA等の資格保持者 ・会計事務所での就業経験＆コンサル経験をお持ちの方 ※上記の方であれば、拠点長候補としてご検討も可能です。
