■ Current Requirement
This is a pan-India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives responsibility and will require frequent travel to other locations, such as Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad etc. Senior International Finance Specialist / Researcher must be willing to travel at 4-5 days in a month (could be more or less, depending on deal flow). Senior International Finance Specialist / Researcher will report to Japanese Representatives and must be comfortable in a multi-cultural environment.
■ Responsibilities
operations in India are entirely handled out of the Representative Office in New Delhi. Senior International Finance Specialist / Researcher would be required to be engaged in the following fields under the instructions of Japanese Representatives:
1. Communicate and maintain strong relations with current & potential clients
2. Understand clients requirements clearly, feed them back to Representatives and negotiate with clients under the instructions of Japanese Representatives.
3. Make back office reports on some topics and meeting records in a timely manner
4. Support Head Office mission to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives (including meeting arrangement and travel with head office staffs)
5. Follow up political/economic/investment environment and write brief updates
6. Support office management matters (make a record of general expense to the head office (monthly base), business trip arrangement for Representatives and other administrative matters)
7. Organize/Structure information asset regarding JBIC’s projects operation under the instructions of Japanese Representatives.
8. Work proactively to achieve RM policy/ Action Plan in India, in consultation with Japanese Representatives.
