【サービス内容】 内装、特注家具の製造 【業務内容】 2-3つのプロジェクトを掛け持ちし、プロジェクトが計画通り進むようマネジメントしていただきます。お客様は、ホテルや商業施設、オフィスや工場等、幅広くご担当いただきます。主に既存のお客様がメインです。 ・お客様との関係構築 ・ニーズのヒヤリング（図面作成の際はタイ人スタッフが同行） ・プロジェクトマネジメント（納期に間に合うよう調整・交渉） ・下請け会社との連携・交渉 ・部下のマネジメント ＊お客様は、バンコクやアマタナコンが多いです。 ＊案件によってはカンボジアやベトナムなどの近隣諸国に出張ベースで行っていただくこともございます。 【顧客】 日系企業 【言語】 英語（社内公用語が英語のため、文書やタイ人スタッフとのコミュニケーションは英語になります。） ＊お客様は日系企業の日本人の方がメインのため、日本語でのやり取りになります。 【必須スキル】 ・日常会話レベルの英語力（図面や社内コミュニケーションに必要） ・内装業界・建築業界・施工管理会社での３年以上の就労経験がある方 ・プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験 ・図面を読める方 【歓迎スキル】 ・運転免許をお持ちの方（社有車貸与いたします） ・日常会話レベルのタイ語

【業務内容】 プラントの配管設計業務をお任せします。 ・P＆ID、Plot Planや顧客仕様を基に各種設計仕様書の作成および配管レイアウト～工事図面(配管組立図、アイソメ図、サポート図)の作成。 ※AutoCAD 2Dおよび3Dを使用。 ・仕様書に基づき配管材料、手動弁・配管付属品の選定および手配業務。 ・タイ人エンジニアへの作業指示、業務サポート ※外訪時はドライバー付き社用車使用 ※タイ国内地方や海外へ出張有り 【組織】 ・全体28名（うち日本人3名） ・上司：日本人MD 【必須スキル】 ・配管設計のご経験、もしくはプラント設計のご経験 ・AutoCAD 2D、3Dが使用できる方 ・業務上問題ないレベルの英語力のある方 ※タイ国内地方や海外へ出張が可能な方 【歓迎スキル】 ・タイでの就業経験のある方、もしくはその他海外での就業経験のある方
