【業務内容】 （1）バンコクで推進中の合弁先との不動産事業のプロジェクトマネジメント全般（計画設計、事業推進、事業収支管理、施工管理、販売管理、パートナーとの協議調整、東京本社への定期的報告など） （2）タイでの不動産開発事業の新規案件に関する検討（合弁先との新規案件検討の企画立案、戦略策定、事業収支立案、マーケッティング、パートナーとの協議調整など） （3）不動産管理事業の新規立ち上げ、組織組成後の推進管理（合弁先との合弁管理会社の組成に向けた企画立案、パートナー・当社関連組織との協議調整、管理会社設立、設立後の実務面での進捗・管理など） （4）タイでの不動産事業に関するマクロマーケット調査の推進管理（外部調査会社との連絡調整、タイ人スタッフ作成のレポート内容のチェック・指導、取りまとめ結果の東京本社・バンコク現法社内での定期報告、調査内容に基づく推進中事業への活用など） 【必須要件】 １または２いずれかの経験。 １．不動産事業に関するプロジェクトマネジメント（コンセプトメイク、事業推進、事業収支・計数管理、対外協議、施主としての工事管理。不動産物件の管理などもあればなおよし。） （不動産会社や設計会社・ゼネコンなどで開発の事業推進を担当されたことのある方。） ２．建築に関する事業経験（計画、設計、施工管理）： （ゼネコンや設計会社で技術的・施工面の経験をされたことのある方。） ・英語準ビジネスレベル （業務が遂行できるレベルの英語コミュニケーション力を有し、精神的に強靭で意思疎通が取れる方） 【歓迎要件】 ・タイ語日常会話レベル ・不動産に関する資格、建築士、施工管理技士など
