【業務内容】 日本在住のお客様を対象に、日本語による電話以外のカスタマーサポート業務（インバウンド、アウトバウンド、メール対応）に携わっていただきます。以下、業務の一例です。 (1)SNS炎上監視 ・SNSに投稿されたコメントの中で炎上の火種を察知し報告する業務 (2)データチェック業務 ・求職者が提出している身分証明書の本人確認チェック業務 是非応募を悩まれてる方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご参考にしていただけたらと存じます。 【組織】 会社全体：約 150 名（日本人 100 名、タイ人 50 名） レポートラインは日本人上司 【その他】 シフト制での勤務となります。（チームによって固定休あり） 　日勤の就業時間：タイ時間07：00～19：00 　夜勤の就業時間：タイ時間18：00～07：00 ※日勤のシフト（実働8時間、休憩1時間） ※夜勤のシフト（実働12時間、休憩1時間） →シフト例（12時間労働の場合）夜勤：3連勤4連休 休日：週休2日制 （休日数は、当月の日本のカレンダーの土日祝日数に準じます） 【必須要件】 ・四年制の大学卒業資格（ビザワークパーミット発行のため） ・夜勤勤務可能な方 ・土曜日、日曜日の勤務が可能な方 ・有効なクレジットカードをお持ちの方 ・1年以上勤務可能な方 【歓迎要件】 ・タイが大好きな方 ・外国語が苦手だが、海外で仕事がしたい方 ・英語またはタイ語日常会話レベル ・コールセンターでの勤務経験 ・SNS監視業務経験者大歓迎
