General Responsibilities
New Business Development and Existing Account Management
Work process – Responsible for creative team work flow from initiation through project completion. Serves as the hub of the Creative Services team to ensure timelines are met and high quality creative delivered.
Facilitate prioritization – Primary liaison that connects Account Management and Creative Services. Identifies any issues, roadblocks, prioritization and bandwidth issues that could prevent on-time delivery of projects. Works with Account Management team, Creative Services manager, production manager and vendors, if applicable, to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Collaboration – Leads project status meetings with Creative Team and Account Management to ensure all projects are on track and all parties are informed on status. Maintains current projects status sheet.
