Our Client: Our Client is a well-established Japanese company that specialises in Electric and Electronic components. They are currently looking for a motivated Accountant in Singapore to join their growing team. The Responsibilities: Accounting (80% - 90%) -Process debit note, tax invoice & credit note -Prepare employee reimbursement expenses, if any -Reconciliation of bank accounts (Monitoring expenses and incoming funds from banks) -Submit bank statements and preparation of cash books -Monitor fixed asset operation & foreign remittance -Handle of accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general ledger entries -Submit a monthly payment summary, and unaudited report to Head Office -Do timely and accurate matching of Accounts Receivables payments and updating of customer accounts. -Review & update Statement of Account & follow up on outstanding with the division concerned -Assist and preparing the year-end audit schedules liaise with the Accounting Firm -Check the GST report prepared by the accounting firm before submission to IRAS -Support regional offices on accounting matters HR and Admin (80% - 90%) -Prepare documents related to payroll calculation (CPF) -Labor relations, including management of Leave -Support expats who came from other branches, move to other branches -Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
