Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese company, specialising in Investment and Financial Services. They are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls • Financial Accounting & Reporting: Manage full accounts (GL, AR, AP), reconcile bank accounts, prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and analyze performance. • Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST/VAT filings, corporate tax submissions, and ensure adherence to local tax laws and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). • Payroll & Budgeting: Process payroll, manage statutory payments, assist in budgeting/ forecasting, and monitor cash flow to optimize working capital.

The Requirements: • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in managing a full set of accounts. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1, SAP S/4 HANA, QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB). • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas). • Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP or IFRS). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet datelines.
