Job Description
We are currently looking for a Administration Executive to:
◆Internal Matter
• Preparation of monthly salary & submit CPF monthly.
• Checking staff lateness.
• Preparation of monthly staff claim.
• Recording of staff leave and MC.
• Handling entrance reception in / out.
• To Prepare Monthly or weekly profit and loss.
◆Customer Matter
• Weekly Invoice print out and send post to customer.
• Update payment record after receiving payment from customer.
• Issue credit note if any.
• Monthly Outstanding payment document.
◆Supplier Matter
• Data entry of supplier invoice and expense.
• To prepare chq to our supplier.
• Receiving Item from supplier.
• To arrange Delivery (DHL, other delivery company).
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience of a similar capacity
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills
3. Good research skills and attention to detail -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
4. Knowledge of general office management systems and procedures
5. Excellent communication skills
