Our Client: Our client is one of the largest venture capital firms in Japan. They are actively seeking for an Analyst – Fund Management to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and due diligence of potential investments • Financial modelling and portfolio management • Analyze possible investment opportunities, through the use of key financial metrics including internal rate of return, net present value, payback period, and cash flow analysis • Conduct up-to-date market research on relevant market trends, subsidies, regulatory changes, and incentive programs • Liaise with key stakeholders including investors, management, and regulatory agencies • Partner with management and financial partners to achieve the best project economics, terms, and customer creditworthiness • Prepare investment memos and other necessary documents including financial modelling and review transaction agreements • Manage logistics and provide necessary assistance to execute deals and projects • Monitor performances and conduct KPI reviews of existing portfolio companies • Prepare and send periodic reports and notices to investors and provide necessary support to investors
