仕事の内容

Our Client:
Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders in the Engineering industry, specialising in M&E Construction projects. They are actively seeking for an Assistant Engineer (Electrical) to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
•	Assist to ensure all M&E construction activities meets the performance and procedures 
•	Make recommendations for improvements and correction actions
•	Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards and project schedule and cost
•	Work closely with draftsmen and all sub-contractors to carry out design, supervision and installation of the entire electrical installation, including testing and commissioning of all systems
•	Provide supervision and input to site projects with regards to site logistics, installation, safety, sub-contractors, quality, cost control and on-time reporting
•	Assist Project Manager in developing and implementing corporate construction policies
•	Oversee the effective management of project activities to ensure timely delivery and low wastage
•	Liaise with internal department, government/Statutory Authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers to ensure smooth operation of projects
•	Assist in timely project progress reporting to Management and attending to all site meetings
•	Ensure business objective is obtained and complies with all relevant regulation and laws
•	Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters
•	Monitor the project progress and deliver project to the expected safety and quality objectives and ISO standards
•	Assist in manpower allocation to maximise productivity

The Requirements:
•	At least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with 3 years of working experience
•	Applicants with M&E Construction Industry experience will be an added advantage
•	High level of initiative, independent, meticulous and able meet tight timeline
•	Able to work under pressure
•	Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•	Applicants with knowledge of AutoCad and Primevera software will be an added advantage
