*取引・購買・雇用その他契約書の審査、作成.
*標準契約書、契約審査のルールその他社内ルールの整備.
*法的事件の未然防止.
*法的事件(訴訟等係争事件含む)への対処.
*法令の調査、啓蒙、指導.
*各種法律相談対応.
*ガバナンス・コンプライアンス体制整備及び内部統制に関する事項.
*会社法務(株主総会・取締役会支援).
*弁護士との関係構築、折衝.

Requirements
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

*基礎的な法律に関する知識(法学部卒業程度).
*企業法務経験3年以上.
*英文契約レビューが可能.
*国内・海外メンバーとの適切なコミュニケーションが可能.
*リスク分析能力.
*グループ内各部門との折衝・調整能力.
*知識の習得に貪欲で自己啓発を継続できる.
*アセアン域内への出張が可能.
