• Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries アジア及びオセアニア各国の調査
• Corporate analysis, financial analysis 企業分析、財務分析
• Case study for surrounding projects周辺事例調査
Documentation ドキュメンテーション
• Documentation check ドキュメンテーションチェック
• Translation of contract 契約書の翻訳
• Documentation legal check リーガル及び社内法務チェック
Preparation of reports, etc. 報告書等の作成
• Preparation of minutes 議事録の作成
• Preparation of approval forms and reports 社内決裁資料、報告書の作成
Support to overseas branch 拠点サポート
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
At least Diploma and above
Understand how to read balance sheet of financial accounting report
3 to 4 years of relevant experience in relative field preferred
Good communication & writing skills to liaise with bilingual speaking colleagues (Business level English & basic Japanese, at least N2 level and above)
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eager to learn, able to learn fast and great sense in responsibility
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail
