Job Description
ITサポートチームのサブリーダーとして、ヘルプデスク業務(PC関連の問い合わせ対応)をメインに、ハードウェア (PC, タブレットなど) の設置や各種設定業務、ライセンス管理等 お任せする予定です。
Requirements
- A Degree/Diploma in Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years related experience in IT system administration/ operations
- Knowledge and experience in Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, Windows 7/10 client and VMware technology will be an advantage
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese, as the incumbent is required to read and understand documents as well as respond and present in these two languages
- Proficiency in Japanese Language is required as this role includes liaising with counterparts in head office Japan.
- Banking Domain knowledge will help the candidate perform successfully in this role
- Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels, are attributes that will help the candidate perform successfully in this role
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
