【業務内容 / Job Description】

- Support M&A team for the Singapore office of a major Japanese financial institution, focused on SE Asia deals and corporate finance

- Support execution of M&A transactions through all phases of the deal process

- Perform company and industry business and financial analysis and research

- Support team marketing activities. Develop and update marketing, pitch material and client presentations.  

- Create, manage and revise financial models and perform valuation analysis

- Participate in due diligence meetings and analysis

- Collaborate with internal company teams and external parties in Singapore, Japan and other countries

- Perform other duties as required
