Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese Research company. They are currently looking for an AVP - Network Engineer, Planning & Governance to join their growing team in Singapore. 

The Responsibilities:
•	In-depth knowledge of network protocols, risk management, security standards, and regulatory compliance
•	Analyse network traffic patterns, bottlenecks and track performance to identify issues proactively and provide recommendations for network optimization when required
•	Active participation during network audits and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
•	Ensure APAC network compliant with bank rules and regulatory guidelines
•	Establish and enforce network operational and procedures manuals
•	Supervise Network Operations team, review KPI and ensure SLA
•	Manage vendors and service providers including MSA, SA, services level to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency
•	Coordinate with cross-functional teams for network planning and service-related matters. e.g.: DR Drills, Third party risk mgmt., Asset mgmt., Lifecycle mgmt., Privilege Access mgmt., Patch mgmt. etc. 
•	Oversee the design and architecture of the network to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
•	Good understanding of network budget planning related to Capex and Opex
•	Develop and maintain network performance reports for management review

応募条件

The Requirements:
•	Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology with min. 5 years of experience in Network Operations 
•	Prior working experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institution is an advantage
•	Min. 8-10 years of experience in network planning, design and Implementation.
•	CCNP/CCDP, ITIL or equivalent are required; CCIE is desirable
•	Hands on experience in Network deployment for large enterprise and Datacenter networks.
•	In-depth knowledge of IP routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, QOS and VPC
•	Proficient with Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5 or equivalent
•	In-depth knowledge of IP routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, QOS and VPC.
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audience
