Our Client: Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders in the Engineering industry, specialising in M&E Construction projects. They are actively seeking for a BIM Modeller to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes • Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of electrical system using Bentley's Microstation/ OpenBuilding/. Naviswork and/or Autodesk Revit • Drafting of M&E (piping, HVAC, sanitation/ Plumping system/ power plant layouts) • Create and modify existing engineering design and models • Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members • Ensure drawing and design meet projects/ tenders deadline • Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects • Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants
