Our Client: Our client is a famous Japanese ready-to-drink beverages brand. They are actively looking to hire a Brand Executive to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: Marketing Communications ・To plan, create and implement marketing campaigns and promotions including both ATL and BTL for diverse portfolio of categories ・Manage the timeline for campaigns and new product launches and follow-through with high accuracy ・Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key learning for business growth and decision-making ・Liaise, align, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualise and ensure smooth execution of campaigns ・Prepare sales sell-in kit and product deck for new product launches ・Manage A&P budget for the assigned portfolio, forecasting and optimise spends ・Support the teams (for all key markets including Malaysia and International Sales) on both aspects of marketing and administration ・Perform any other tasks and/or projects assigned by superior/management ・Upkeep marketing data, categories’ assets, and materials Product Management ・Manage and maintain the development of the product packaging designs (Domestic market, Malaysia market & International markets) to ensure correct changes are being implemented and timely submission of artworks ・Develop new products that are aligned with the business and market needs using relevant market and consumer’s insights or trends ・Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely approvals ・Apply to the relevant authorities for approval on packaging ・Update & maintain product information, packaging artworks, pack shots, catalogue, corporate website, product specifications and sales listing in materials whenever required Market Intelligence ・External and internal data management to analysis review opportunities for business growth on a stipulated period ・Gather and monitor market and consumer trend and competitive information ・Conduct on ground market visits to trade channels to understand consumers’ buying behaviours and upcoming product trends
