Our Client: Our client is one of the top Japanese companies. They are currently looking for a Business Planning Manager, Finance & Accounting to join their Singapore team. The Responsibilities: • Head the management accounting and finance operations • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and accuracy • Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and presentation to Japanese native internal stakeholders and clients • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team • Review and develop improvement plans and strategy ・ 決算業務 ・ 財務諸表作成、日本本社経理部門や現地会計事務所と連携 ・ 日本本社関係部署へ現地の課題や状況などの報告 ・ 会計プロセスの改善 ・ 現地出納業務、資金繰りチェック ・ 予算や中期計画管理 ・ メンバーの指導育成 ・ 新規事業やM&A時の会計関連対応 ・ その他関連業務
応募条件
