Our Client: Our client is one of the top Electrical and Electronics companies, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their Singapore office. The Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of company policies and training materials • Update management on various compliance matters from time to time, under the guidance of the Director of the Legal Department • Engage in enterprise risk management activities, in addition to legal and compliance related risk management • Carrying out corporate secretarial work, by liaising with external counsel on such matters • Assisting in mobility matters, by liaising with external counsel on such matters • Staying up to date with relevant regulatory changes relating to compliance • Assist with any other tasks that the Legal Department may need to undertake • Other duties assigned
