Our Client: Our client is one of the top Investment Banking companies from Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for an Associate, Corporate Access to join the team. The Responsibilities: • Organise corporate investor relations and analyst marketing events, conferences and roadshows for institutional investors and corporate clients • Work closely with the research and sales teams to plan, explore and identify suitable events where investors and clients can achieve the maximum value • Provide updates of IR support programmes to investors and clients for the maintenance of corporate client relationship • Liaise and work with corporate access teams in other regional offices to ensure smooth logistics arrangements for the events including hotel, transport and F&B and provides detailed investors’ itineraries and meeting arrangements • All other administrative support work including but not limiting to expense budgeting, claims, preparation of presentation materials, calendar management etc

The Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Financial industry • Bilingual in both written and spoken Japanese and English as you will need to liaise with counterparts from Japan • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Organised, reliable and able to multi-task • Positive work attitude with outgoing personality and a team player.
