The Responsibilities: Back Office Support • Arrange internal/ external meetings • Coordinate recruitment interviews • Prepare sales report, financial report in coordination with Japan HQ • Process expense reimbursements • Arrange business trips • Manage and update various contracts HR Support • Support on/ off boarding process • Maintain the group employee list • Handle procedures for departing employees Office Supplies Management • Order business cards • Manage office supplies Any adhoc-duties as assigned ・会議の手配 ・採用面接の調整 ・報告書の作成(売上・財務) ・経費精算の処理 ・出張の手配 ・各種契約の管理と更新 ・事務用品の管理 ・人事サポート(入社/退社プロセスのサポート・従業員リストの管理等) ・その他付随業務
