Our Client: Our client is one of the leading Online Travel Agencies in Japan. They are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join their Singapore team as a Country Marketing Manager. The Responsibilities: • Develop the local marketing strategy and plans to grow the brand in Southeast Asia. • Develop and review local media plan, optimize campaign performance and manage the marketing mix and budget. • Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns via different formats, including promotions, events, social, digital and CRM that drive commercial results and builds brand affinity. • Own campaign workflow end to end, working with relevant partners to support execution; ensuring a high degree of excellence from start to finish. • Act as local marketing contact point for potential local marketing partnership. • Partner relevant cross-functional departments, creative and media and /or activation agencies.

The Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing. • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese/ Bahasa Melayu (would be a plus) as you will need to liaise with Mandarin/ Bahasa Melayu speaking customers and vendors • Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing or media (Social media, Content or online marketing experience is highly valued). • Experience with managing social media channels and / or key opinion leaders • Experience in working with Public Relations agencies. • Have deep knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia market landscape and consumer behaviours. • Understanding of e-commerce model drivers and metrics. • A track record of running multiple projects in highly dynamic and fluid environment. • Good at managing relations with internal and external partners. • Marketing experience with an online travel agency, ecommerce company, startup environment or marketing agency is a plus.
