Our Client: Our client is a Japanese Trading company dealing in commodity plastics, engineering plastics, electronic materials, medical & healthcare products. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Customer Service Executive. The Responsibilities: • Receiving orders from customers and planning for purchases • Monitoring and managing inventory level • Preparing reports for internal and external parties • Monitoring customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables • Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers • Attending to customer & supplier enquiries • Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providers • Ensuring shipment documentations are following government’s tax regulations • Managing Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
