Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Trading company dealing in commodity plastics, engineering plastics, electronic materials, medical & healthcare products. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Customer Service Executive.

The Responsibilities:
•	Receiving orders from customers and planning for purchases
•	Monitoring and managing inventory level
•	Preparing reports for internal and external parties
•	Monitoring customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
•	Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
•	Attending to customer & supplier enquiries
•	Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providers
•	Ensuring shipment documentations are following government’s tax regulations  
•	Managing Letter of Credit (LC) transactions

応募条件

The Requirements:
•	Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields 
•	Preferably 3-4 years of relevant Customer Service working experience
•	Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel 
•	Self-motivated, good team player and meticulous in figures
•	Able to work independently with minimal supervision
•	Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
