仕事の内容

Our Client:

Our client is a renowned global company specializing in the production of high-quality cards. They have achieved success through the implementation of AI-powered recognition system and by utilizing the advanced capabilities of deep learning technology. Notably, they have received positive feedback from customers around the globe. Currently, they are actively seeking a Customer Support to join their dynamic team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

•	Engage maintenance activities for our peripheral digital equipment at client’s locations
•	Repair peripheral digital equipment if there is problem after performing diagnostic tasks 
•	Compile data from maintenance/repair work and analyse those data for further improvement 
•	Communicate with client in the ground level and understand what kind of issue client is facing 
•	Involve in project for installation of equipment at client place 
•	Other related tasks 

応募条件

The Requirements:

•	No experience required
•	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Sciences and Architecture
•	Given the nature of the role, candidate must be willing to work at irregular hours, depending on project requirements as this role is required to support a casino that operates 24-hour a day, he/she can take compensation off
•	Able to speak fluent English to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues and clients 
•	Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
•	Excellent communication skills 
•	Able to multitask and with good time management skills 
•	Self-motivated and with can-do attitude
