Our Client: Our client is a renowned global company specializing in the production of high-quality cards. They have achieved success through the implementation of AI-powered recognition system and by utilizing the advanced capabilities of deep learning technology. Notably, they have received positive feedback from customers around the globe. Currently, they are actively seeking a Customer Support to join their dynamic team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Engage maintenance activities for our peripheral digital equipment at client’s locations • Repair peripheral digital equipment if there is problem after performing diagnostic tasks • Compile data from maintenance/repair work and analyse those data for further improvement • Communicate with client in the ground level and understand what kind of issue client is facing • Involve in project for installation of equipment at client place • Other related tasks
