Our Client: Our client is a prominent Japanese IT Consulting company. They are currently looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead (Banking Industry) to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: • Coordinate data migration activities between Business Analysts (BA), Data Analysts (DA), IT, and Business teams across all branches. • Establish a data migration framework and ensure alignment with the target operating model (TOM) requirements. • Identify and roll out tools for use by the data migration team. • Develop and implement a project reporting framework to track status and progress. • Create transparency in the migration process and conduct risk assessments. • Lead the data migration governance framework, reviewing and approving key decisions. • Report directly to the Project Manager for updates to the steering committee.

The Requirements: • Possess strong business communication skills in English and Japanese (to liaise with both local and native Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients). • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any relevant field. • At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including all phases. • At least 5 years of experience in Business requirement gathering and definition. • At least 5 years of Banking industry experience, with knowledge of bank products such as Deposits, Loans, Remittance, Trade, Treasury, etc. • Possess 5 years of project management experience with minimum 1 year of data analysis experience. • Systematic knowledge of ITSM (e.g., ITIL). • Experience with client engagement and team management.
