Our Client's Service/Product: Waste management services, covering toxic industrial waste and other materials The Responsibilities: Supporting management and sharing knowledge ・Provide insights and knowledge sharing to the organization from EHS’ perspective ・Participate in business strategy planning Managing Environmental Management System (EMS) & Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) implementation ・Develop and oversee the implementation of safety protocols and regulations in the company, aligning them with prevalent health and safety guidelines ・Evaluate EMS & WSH policies regularly to ensure they are up to date and effective ・Manage company’s EMS & WSH licensing, permit handling, operational safety and ISO audits ・Initiate environmentally sustainable work practices Managing fire safety ・Develop fire evacuation plans and manage fire drill exercises ・Evaluate inspected facilities to locate hazardous conditions, fire code violations and approve recommended rectifying actions ・Review identified corrective actions to ensure properties comply with prevalent regulations and standards Managing incidents and business continuity ・Review incident reports and provide solutions to mitigate incidents ・Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to validate and analyse statistical data or reports on major incidents or emergencies ・Develop and evaluate emergency and crisis management response plans, processes and procedures ・Manage emergency drills ・Analyze evidence and conduct interviews for incident/accident reports Managing people and organizational function ・Maintain relationships with management to support EMS & WSH development relevant to their roles ・Provide WSH recommendations to management ・Lead good WSH practice and professionalism as the organization’s role model ・Support implementation of change processes to reduce adverse effects to improve WSH ・Provide timely updates to internal and external WSH information, regulations, procedures to the organization
応募条件
The Requirements: ・Degree or Masters in Environmental, Health, Safety or relevant field ・At least 6 years of EHS work experience in the chemical, electronic or pharmaceutical industry ・Experience in Major Hazard Installation and Chemical Process Operations will be an advantage ・At least 3 years of experience in leading teams, establishing strategies, driving results and managing EHS cultural transformation ・Strong technical experience in identifying, evaluating and controlling hazards in the workplace is required ・Register Safety Officer ・Fire Safety Manager ・Certification for ISO14001, ISO 45001 or similar accredited EHS management systems ・Strong knowledge of Singapore’s environmental, occupational safety and health regulations ・Be physically present in office and perform site visits when necessary ・Is organized, approachable, resourceful and a service-oriented leader ・Able to multitask and manage operations safety effectively RGF Privacy Policy - https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
