Our Client: Our client supports Energy Innovation in SEA & Oceania area as a trading and investment solutions provider. As an associate company of one of Japan’s leading trading companies, they have global network covering diverse industries. Currently, they are actively seeking for an Executive to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: ・Handle the secretarial and administrative matters of the department and the Business Unit ・Organize and schedule meetings internally and externally ・Assist to prepare annual budgets ・Maintain the electronic and hardcopy filing system of the department ・Translation of documents from Japanese to English ・Assist in the creation of PowerPoint materials for presentations ・Manage (and be the key contact person) for travel related matters, i.e. flight booking, hotel booking, car booking, visa application, filing, ticketing, business trip settlement, etc. ・Assist with the preparation and/or processing of payments through the SAP system and the submission/circulation of internal documents ・Assist with any administrative matters that may arise from time to time, which may involve organisation, planning and accounting

The Requirements: ・Minimum diploma holder ・2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support experience, especially secretarial experience ・Strong organisational skills, attention to details, excellent level of accuracy and self-starter with good learning mindset ・Proficiency in Japanese language, both spoken and written is required to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders to support business needs ・Have strong initiative and self-motivation with good learning mindset ・Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision ・Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask ・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ・Experience in SAP will be advantageous RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
