Job Description ● Interpreting for the CEO during meetings and preparation of meeting minutes ● Assist CEO in documentation during interviews ● Arrange and coordinate group CEO's business and private appointments ● Assist with bank transfers, preparation of invoices and receipts ● Company Secretary Registration ● Assist in the application of various services & changes when necessary ● Tidying up paperwork, organising receipts and documentation ● Other tasks to be assigned by the company as and when necessary.
Requirements ● Minimum 2 years experience in secretarial work/ translating work

They are actively looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Mechanical) to join their team in Singapore.
