Our Client: Our client is one of the top Real Estate companies from Japan. Their Singapore office acts as a Regional Corporate Office and is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. The Responsibilities: ・Manage secretarial work for Managing Director & ad hoc department assistant work ・To assist in preparing reports for management in Japanese and/or English ・Manage management's schedule and make travel arrangements such as flight and accommodation reservations ・Handle internal and external emails and phone calls mainly from Japan and Southeast Asia ・Various internal reports, expense reimbursement and order placements ・Arranging other internal and external meetings, etc. ・Any other ad hoc tasks
