The Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of IC interface products while complying with cleanroom standards
• Provide field support to customers, including assembling sockets onto PCBs and deployment assistance
• Support the Sales team in preparing proposals and quotations, as well as performing some assembly tasks
• Collect daily on-site information and compile it into PPT reports
