仕事の内容

Our Client:

Our client is an established Manufacturing company, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a energetic individual who has full set accounting experience and management experience of entire back office to join their Singapore team urgently.

The Responsibilities:
<Finance & Accounting>
Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements
Optimise management of cash flows, process employee claims, and perform monthly vendor payment
Perform billing to customers
Collect debts by sending Statements of Account and reminder letters to clients. Generate weekly AR Aging report for sales teams.
Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to quarterly forecasting activities
Liaise with tax agent for the filing of annual tax returns and addressing any tax-related issues
Prepare quarterly reports for GST reporting
Liaise with auditors regarding audit-related concerns. Ensure that statutory accounts are meticulously prepared in alignment with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
Involve in Transfer Pricing Matters
Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

<HR & Admin - Oversee and Moniter HR & Admin staff>
Oversee Full spectrum of HR operations / KPI Management
Oversee all administrative tasks in the office including receptionist duties to address all general inquiries

The Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
3 years of management experience including HR & Admin
Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and standard
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good team player, meticulous, and independent
Able to adhere to tight deadlines
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Chinese Native Stakeholders and Customers
