Our Client: Our client is an established Real Estate firm, headquartered in Japan. They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Finance & Accounting Manager. The Responsibilities: • Support the Finance Director and manage the finance team • Handle the management of bank account matters (i.e. Opening/Closing accounts, changing status), maintain good relationship with the banks. • Review daily journal entry and monthly bank reconciliation • Review and approve the payment for daily operation and investment (MEA/ SPCs) • Bank Guarantee/Finance related support • Preparation of monthly cash forecast report, quarterly report for Japan HQ, • Handle intercompany loan arrangement • Provide consultation for project investment related remittance matters, accounting treatment and tax treatment • Handle FS Audit matters • Manage the computation of Management Fee (Group transaction) • Manage GST filing, Corporate Income Tax filing • Handle HQ Reporting for Japanese Controlled Foreign Company Taxation • Handle Singapore Transfer Pricing matters • Support the preparation of Budget (including budget system maintenance/update) • Support for subsidiaries/branches for payment, audit, Tax (CIT) and transfer pricing. • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company

The Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent • CPA license is required, Japanese CPA holder is preferred • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in finance & accounting fields with team management experience.
