Our Client: Our client is one of the top Insurance companies in Japan. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive (Japan Market) to join their Singapore Office. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: • Customer Support Servicing of new & existing Japanese Clients, both corporate and individual • To prepare & process Quotation, issuing renewal notice • To ensure regular visits to corporate client’s premises at least once a year or more as to make sure client’s demand/need as well as to enhance relationship with clients • To quote any risks following underwriting decision • To review all renewal policies & to recommend new cover (if any) and to improve cover if necessary • To review coverage and rates for unfavourable loss ratio clients, and to take necessary measures together with Claim Division timely when needed • To follow-up all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed • To co-ordinate with internal divisions on documents, claims and other matters • To attend to all client’s enquiry & complaints • To assist in premium collection within 60days premium warranty period • To prepare reports for marketing committee meeting • To ensure that all documentations comply with the COP standards • Any other marketing duties assigned when needed • To support Japanese Expats requests which are related to using Japanese language (including communication between Japan HQ) when needed The Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in the Insurance sector • Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers • Equipped with the following certificates: BCP, Com GI, PGI and HI • Able to work independently and as a team • Meticulous and attention to details RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment. Our Client: Our client is a well-established Japan based investment company. They are currently looking for a Senior Analyst (Japanese speaking) to support their Japanese native clients. The Responsibilities: • Originate investment opportunities in major markets in ASEAN, and liaise with the investment team in Japan HQ to structure and execute the deal • Create internal investment committee papers as well as external deal marketing materials (investment teasers and memoranda) to garner co-investor interest • Create and analyze basic valuation models (DCF and comps analysis) for entry price assessment • Post investment monitoring and management of portfolio companies • Constant interaction with the Singapore and Japan teams as well as with external parties for origination of investment opportunities, potential buyers for deal exits, co-investors, IR for existing and potential investors/clients The Requirements: • Proficiency in Japanese for reporting and communicating with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers • At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant field such as finance or management consulting • Financial skills including financial statement analysis, valuation modelling, accounting, & knowledge in alternative investments • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting • Willingness to handle a wide range of work including administrative work is key given the limitation in headcount RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
