Our Client: Our client is a well-established Japanese Consultancy, specialising in supporting Japanese companies expand internationally. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Consulting Manager to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Basic Japanese language is highly preferred to support Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: The main responsibilities are to provide services related to HR policy consulting, advice on various labor issues, and other HR related services to clients mainly in Asia Oceania region. This position also requires to provide junior members with advice and guidance in the preparation, execution, and completion of HR consulting projects. Execute HR consulting projects • Develop and design HR policies; Grade, Remuneration, Appraisal, Performance Management and etc., to solve clients’ issues. • Conduct job evaluation. • Execute whole HR consulting project; make proposal, plan whole schedule, arrange meetings, lead and facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, create deliverables, arrange payment/invoicing and close the project. • Provide advice on miscellaneous labor issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department. Participate in Global HR Initiatives • Take part in executing our group global HR initiatives in cooperation with Japan HQ and our Singapore entity. • Implement group global HR policy to group Branch Offices mainly in Asia Oceania Region and support operations such as appraisal process, salary & bonus review, training of HR managers/staff at each office. Relationship management • Build trustful relationships with clients, partners, parent companies and other stakeholders.

The Requirements: • Proficiency in Basic Japanese language is highly preferred to support Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers • High level knowledge, skills and experience in HR consulting • Knowledge of organization design, HR due diligence, global HR is preferred. • Preferably 5-8 years' experience as Manager in HR consultancy firm, HRBP or planning role in non-Consultancy firm will be considered. • Experience in HR management, Project Management in HR policy implementation, Job evaluation.
