Our Client: Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders in the Engineering industry, specialising in M&E Construction projects. They are actively seeking for an HR Executive to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Handle full cycle of recruitment such as post job advertisements, source for various channels to attract talents, screen and shortlist job applications, arrange/ conduct interviews, conduct reference checks, new hires onboarding/ orientation, update and maintain job descriptions, etc • Handle foreign work pass application, renewal, issuance and cancellation • Manage employees’ off-boarding process e.g. exit interview/clearance, IR21, etc • To assist in : - Administrative work ie day to day office administration, - Secretarial duty ie PA to top management, minutes taking - Coordination with IT outsource company on IT issue - Other HR areas - Full spectrum on training administration ie monitoring of expiry date of passes, seeking training needs assessment approval, liaising with both training provider and staff on training schedules, course registration, course payment etc
