Our Client's Service/Product: HR duties with IT knowledge The Responsibilities: ・Manage payroll administration processes ・Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of the HRMS employee database ・Handle work pass administration tasks, including applications, renewals, and cancellations ・Oversee employee compensation and benefits administration, including health and safety (H&S) and workers' injury compensation insurance (WICI) ・Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including for expatriates ・Assist in the review and updating of the employee handbook and HR policies and procedures ・Participate in full-cycle recruitment activities ・Assist in HR-related audits and compliance with data protection regulations ・Support learning and development initiatives for local employees ・Facilitate APEC business travel card applications for Japanese expatriates, liaising with headquarters and expatriates ・Prepare various HR-related correspondence, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and certification letters ・Manage confidential documents and files ・Coordinate with vendors for expatriates' income tax matters and assist with local employee income tax filings ・Perform other administrative duties as assigned ・Serve as the primary contact for company IT matters with IT vendors and headquarters IT personnel ・Provide support for IT projects as needed and administer license renewals with IT vendors ・Assist in the renewal of ICT equipment, including networks, PCs, and monitors ・Manage various system user IDs and passwords
