Our Client: Our Client is one of the top Japanese Manufacturing companies for a vast variety of functional products and materials in almost all fields of industry. They are looking for an HR Manager to join their Singapore Office. The Responsibilities: Recruitment • Develops talent recruitment and attraction strategy • Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization. • Ensure recruitment process and protocols are standardized and complied with, including local employment/ labour laws • Build network and talent database Performance Management • Manages the annual performance management cycles and oversees the timeline and execution of the performance management process • Update policies and templates as required HR Administration & Planning • Enhances and/or develops, implements and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization. • Continues improving the programmes, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organisation. • Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations in each market we operate in • Maintains annual budget for the People & HR function Training & Development • Set up competencies framework for key positions and identify core competency gaps to be bridged with training and development programmes • Ensure that training programmes are useful and relevant to target audience • Ensure learning effectiveness of training programmes and propose recommendations for any improvement
