Our Client:
Our client is an established Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a motivated HR Manager/ Business Partner to join their growing team in Singapore. 

The Responsibilities:
•	Offering comprehensive HR guidance to the business in employee-related and organisational matters. 
•	Primarily overseeing HR projects, analytics, systems, processes in Talent Management activities to meet business goals while ensuring compliance with employment law and legislation.
•	Highly proficient in HR data analytics and data visualization, he/she will drive data-driven decision-making to optimise HR processes. By presenting actionable insights across various levels.
•	Collaborating with senior stakeholders, this role encompasses driving talent strategies to foster talent development, including talent identification, curating training program, succession planning and maintain an adept and motivated talent pool/pipeline aligned with business objectives.
•	Overseeing IT staffs working in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam.

応募条件

The Requirements:
•	At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR, including 2 years in a business partner role with demonstrated emphasis on utilising data analytics for strategic decision-making.
•	Having experinece in IT industry or any industry supporting IT team/hiring IT positions.
•	Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, covering compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent management, executive / tech training, internship, and scholarship management.
•	Understanding of relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislation.
•	Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and HR/TM systems.
•	Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
•	Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
•	Capacity to think innovatively and outside conventional boundaries.
•	Proven track record of effective independent and collaborative work with diverse stakeholders.
