Company Overview
Our client is Japanese leading insurance company is Singapore.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a HR Officer to:
*Visa Arrangement
-Arrange for employment pass, work permit application and renewal and business visa for business travelers
*On Boarding
-Prepare new hires 1st day package and set up work stations (stationaries, security card, laptop/monitor, phone)
-Pre-preparation of new hires matters such as email address creation
-Update seat map, phone list, new hire information into Easy pay and master information list
*Benefits & Claims Processing
-Process expatriates claims for Singapore and Overseas (Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Australia) including liaising with Global HQ on insurance and claims matter
-Process benefits claims for local employees (transport, medical, flexi-benefit etc) and keep track and update of individual flexi-benefit credit
-Keep track and update local employees’ leave through E leave system (Sage)
*Personal Data Administration
-Keep track and update Expatriates passport, visa expiry dates and information.
-Update phone contact list directory for submission to Japan
※Report to HR Manager
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
-Minimum GCE 'O' Level and Certificate/Diploma in HR.
-Minimum 3 years HR experience.
-Able to use Word, Excel, Outlook.
-Excellent Communication skills - Respectful and service-oriented personality.
-Resourceful and have initiative.
-Committed and Reliable.
-Basic Japanese for internal communications.
