Our Client: Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders in the Engineering industry, specialising in M&E Construction projects. They are actively looking for an HR Specialist to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Work closely with hiring managers and handle the entire recruitment process including supervising of one recruitment staff to fulfil hiring requirements within a reasonable timeframe • Ensure HR is proactive in managing all hirings • Monitor recruitment status and submit recruitment report to HR Manager • Consider and implement the best sourcing scheme • Chasing candidates' post-employment performance as part of the manpower analysis
