Our Client:
Our Client is one of the top leading heavy industrial engineering company in Japan.
Their Singapore office is looking for the energetic individual to join IT division.
The Resposibilities:
ICT Support for users of Regional ICT Services - Inquiry response, trouble shooting
Report, Confirmation and Negotiation with HQ/ICT Administrator in Japan about ICT support
Proposal to improve ICT support and operation process
ICT Asset Management – Computers, Server, Network, Mobile Phone, Software Licenses etc.
Procedure of contract and application for ICT procurement
Procedure of application for ICT Service Usage
Related roles assigned by Regional ICT Manager
The Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant working experience of ICT support
Knowledge of ICT (Computer, Software, Network) to support L2 layer class
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email (Office 365)
Ability to read/write/converse in fluent Japanese is required to liaise and communicate with Japan HQ
Able to work independently as well as an effective team player, possess positive working attitude, energetic and proactive
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
A hands on person with initiative, confident and able to communicate effectively

【業務内容】下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
社内ITのお仕事です。日本の本社のグローバルサポートデスクとのやり取りが頻繁に発生します。シンガポールのアセアン域内本社との日本本社との間のブリッジ人材としてご活躍頂く為、日本語スキルが必要となります。
業務内容は主に、シンガポールオフィス内のパソコン・サーバー・ネットワーク・携帯電話・ソフトウエアなどに関する管理と社員へのサポート業務、及びICTに関する改善提案となります。域内ITCマネージャーのサポートも含まれます。
【要件】下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
2-3年の社内ITサポート関連経験。並びに日本本社との頻繁なやりとりのため日本語スキルが必要となります。
