The Responsibilities:
・Monitor and report of filing volume and performance
・B2B support in Revalidating/Reissuing/General Inquiries and Special Service Request, etc.
・Handle group bookings and ensuring group requests are processed in a timely manner
・Market support and troubleshoot to ensure a seamless flow of information and smooth collaboration with relevant key stakeholders
・Ticket auditing and quality assurance
・Responsible to guide, instruct, and lead junior staff based on experience and abilities
・Play a central role in daily operations, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assist the manager
・Handle special tasks assigned by management and ad hoc analysis/reports

The Requirements:
・More than 3 years’ experience in the Travel or Airlines Industry, Senior Executive-Level
・Well-versed in MS Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint
・Good command of English, both written and spoken to facilitate communication with English-speaking customers
・Knowledge of Japanese Language is an advantage to facilitate communication with native Japanese-speakers in HQ and customers
