Company Overview
Our client is one of leading F&B Japanese restaurants chain in Singapore.
Job Description
1 Assist or in-charge of project’s ID.
2 Directly liaising with external designer. Handling all designs and operation requirements, work closely with external designer on design, drawings and timeline.
3 To produce test fit plan in short notice.
4 To review and propose design.
5 To self -design, produce and issue drawings for minor A&A works.
6 To select and propose on material used for design, through either direct purchase or contractor’s proposal.
7 Resourceful in sourcing for building material.
8 Site measurement upon new site and revise layout if there is discrepancies.
9 To resolve ID matters directly during construction.
10 To enhance and improve design upon completion on site.
11 Assist in produce and evaluate tender document.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of interior design experiences
Japanese and English proficiency to liaise with Japanese and local internal and external clients
