Job Description
- Work as one member of corporate IT department and carry out some corporate IT / IT security / IT infrastructure project
- Work with regional entities (branch and subsidiaries in Asia & Oceania area) to deploy new IT solutions mainly planed by Headquarter
- Coordinate with internal teams/third parties/vendors for execution of projects
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the IT person in charge and relative staff

Main Contents of Business Operations
1. Group shared IT services
- Explanation about group shared IT services (background,services,prices) to group companies.
- Introducing the shared services to group companies which are not on board yet, to encourage them to be a part
- Supporting of implementation to group companies

2. Box deployment as File server for Information asset management
- Explanation and instruction to regarding how to use the Box cloud service and importance of information asset management.
- Advice to the IT PIC in the case of setting access rights, or taking inventory of access rights.
- Education and instruction for the IT person in charge to improve security awareness.

3. Security related task
- Advise and support to subsidiaries for security assessment done by HQ.
- In case of security incident, liaise with HQ security team quickly and help for analyzing cause, fixing the incident.
- Consultation with security checking and advise

4. Promotion of other HQ’s IT tasks as IT Dept in Asia & Oceania area
- Investigate whether the IT system of group company fulfills the IT security level that demanded by the group IT governance rule.
- Supporting large scale IT projects of group company in Asia & Oceania area.
- Promoting usage of DELTA system. (DELTA is BI system which covers whole group companies)

5.User support in the given area
- Answer to inquiries from the IT person in charge of each office. Escalate issues to the support center when necessary
- After that check the progress of the issue and give advice to support center and user, if necessary.

Requirements
-  Over 3 years’ experience in the corporate IT department
- Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure security networks (Deep knowledge and technical knowledge is not must)
- We’re using below IT service/product, so these knowledge and experience are plus.

Microsoft365, Office365, Intune, Azure AD Defender ATP etc / Box / AWS / SAP / Docusign / UI Path / Microstrategy / Several Workflow tool / Fortigate UTM / Corporate network (IP-VPN, Internet VPN, Local break out)

Personal Trait
- Willing to learn new things proactively and manage assigned task independently
- Bright and positive attitude to build relationship with different stakeholders.
- experience with project management is preferred
- Good communication skills
- able to do multitask job with minimum supervision
