Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese company, specialising in IT Infrastructure services. They are currently looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Selection, procurement, setup and initial settings for new computers • PC troubleshooting, maintenance and support • Responsible for Firewalls ( FortiGate ), switches (NETGEAR), wireless access points (Ruckus) • Responsible for network design, implementation, and construction, supporting efficient infrastructure operations. • Microsoft 365 implementation, deployment and migration project management • User account management, access rights settings • Cloud Services : Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint settings • Device Management : MDM, MAM configuration using Intune • Design, build and deploy Azure environments • Management and optimization of Azure services (VM, Storage, Network, etc.) • Support for migration from existing on-premise systems to Azure • Audit support for clients' IT infrastructure and collect information on security and compliance • Introduction of communication lines (internet lines, telephone lines) • LAN cabling, telephone system, web conferencing system, CCTV and door access system installation • Project planning, progress management, risk management • Communicating with customers and cooperating vendors, sharing progress and requirements • As a team leader, manage team members' schedules and assign tasks • Promoting problem solving and business process improvement between departments • Helping to create new business opportunities
