Our Client: Our client is a renowned Japanese IT Solutions provider. They are currently looking for an experienced IT Pre-Sales Consultant to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Architect and design custom solutions based on customer requirements using the company's suite of products. • Deliver standard and customized presentations and demonstrations to customers from business owners of SMEs to C-level executives. • Partner with the sales team to develop presentation materials and support sales and marketing events, conferences, and exhibitions. • Work on complex deals and provide responses to RFPs related to product, integration, delivery, installation, and maintenance. • Provide technical consultation to customers, understanding their requirements and recommending the most suitable solutions. • Work with the technical team to ensure smooth transition to post-sales implementation or assist implementation team to successfully deliver the solution to customers

The Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology related field • Minimum 2 years of presales or project experience in SME/enterprise ICT solutions, ideally with network (TCP/IP), Windows or cloud-based infrastructure offerings. • Good understanding of enterprise sales processes for ICT solutions and knowledge in areas such as TCP/IP network concept, servers, storage, Windows/Hyper-V operating systems, Microsoft Suite of products, VEEAM, VMware, and Azure/AWS cloud technologies. • Excellent communication skills to deliver presentations and manage customer requirements. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin lanugage are required to liaise with both local clients RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
