Our Client: Our client is one of the leading Japanese companies that provides various IT infrastructure services. They are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Responding to technical support calls from end users regarding computers and software applications, network and server systems • Setting up and installing new computers, network devices, servers and software • Managing AD user accounts • Installing updates and patches • Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office • Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults • Maintaining inventories of hardware and software • Managing backups of servers • Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
