Our Client: Our client is one of the top Accounting Consultancy firms from Japan. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as an Assistant Tax Manager. The Responsibilities: a. Corporate Taxation  • Support clients on taxation services as follows:  • Analyze Financial Statements & GL to identify strategies to minimize client’s tax costs, ensure tax compliance and accurate tax filing • Preparation of corporate tax computations for clients from various industries • Preparation of ECI and Form C/C-S and the filings to IRAS  • Preparation and filings of withholding taxes to IRAS  • Preparation of application of COR for DTA  • Research on various tax matters  • Any other ad hoc works related to corporate tax  b. Individual Taxation services  • Prepare the computation of clients’ individual taxes, preparation of IR8A and IR21 tax clearance • Responsible for the e-filing of tax return to IRAS  • Preparation of AIS data  c. Supervisory role • Coach and provide guidance to Senior / Tax Associates and Tax Interns • Review tax computations and tax related work prepared by Senior / Tax Associates and/or Tax Interns to ensure accuracy and timely submission d. Handle tax inquiries and audit from IRAS  e. Responsible for the transfer pricing documentations / projects f. Assist Managers for any other tax related engagements and/or projects as assigned g. Provide tax advisory services to clients h. Administrative functions of tax assignments  The Requirements: • Degree, preferably in an accounting/ business/ tax-related field • Minimum 6 years of experience in Singapore Corporate & Individual tax compliance, with coaching/ supervisory experience • Good knowledge in Singapore Tax system and rules • ATP/ ATA holders are highly preferred • Prior experience in professional service firm is advantageous • Meticulous, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills • Detailed and customer-service oriented • Good team player RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
